Directions of use:

Can be used on wet or dry hair
Squeeze a quarter-sized amount into your palms and disperse evenly through wet hair, as usual
For additional lift, apply to roots of your dry hair and finish with Alterna's Maximum Holding Finishing Spray

Great Product

I have suffered with fine hair for most of my adult life. This product is the best i have tried so far. It doesn't make ther hair sticky but gives it a natural thickness which is not dramatic but definitely noticeable. Although the product says you can use on wet or dry hair, I have found it works best for me on wet hair and then blowdried.
