gorgeous smell, removes any build up and leave your hair soft and shiny! i also use the conditioner which is fab! ive used aveda haircare for the last 2 years! it is def worth it!if you buy the large bottle it lasts ages and saves you money in the long run!!

Fab for fine hair!

Leaves my fine hair cleansed, moisturised and shiny. It doesn't overload and make my hair greasy like many others have. Definitely one of the best Aveda shampoos!

Another Brilliant fan

I've been using this shampoo for years now - I used to be one of those people forever trying out a new shampoo, but since using Brilliant I don't even consider it. Although the description says you can use it every day I've only ever washed my hair a couple of times a week and this shampoo is great for getting it clean and keeping feeling great until the next wash.

I've tried so many different shampoos I've lost count... but I think the search might have ended here! Leaves my fine and fragile hair feeling strong, soft and bouncy and smelling great. No need to wash everyday.

Disappointed

I love Aveda products, they're simply the best, but this range (shampoo + conditioner) I didn't like it. Apart from the nice smell, didn't notice any improvement. I prefer the Pure Plant range.

I hate to go along with the crowd, but...

By far the best shampoo I have ever used. My hair is soft, shiny and manageable. I don't really need to use conditioner with this. My sensitive scalp seems to be happy with it too. And yes, the smell is lovely.

Simply the best

I swear by this product. Having tried other Aveda shampoos this one is the best for colour treated hair. It leaves my hair beautiful and soft. The conditioner is fab too.

Damn!

The first thing you notice when you crack open the bottle is the heavenly scent, ylang ylang, jasmine and rose - utterly sexy and grown up. It has a thick foam and washed away the build up I had in my thick, course, dry and very wavy hair without stripping it. I swore by mixed green shampoo and used it for 3 years everyday. Now this is daddy of shampoos, especially if you have horse mane hair like me.

lives up to its name

I have short hair and greasy scalp, needing to wash my hair every day. Usually this means that either my hair looks dull and dry or if I use a richer product, flat and dull. Aveda Brilliant shampoo and conditioner leave my hair shiny and bouncy after daily washing in the shower without any extra effort on my part...not even blow drying if I am pushed for time. Lastly the scent is wonderful.
