    Everyone needs one of these! I have super long, thick hair and this is the only hairbrush I can use! If someone takes it out of my room, I freak out! It detangles beautifully, even wet hair without pulling or snagging! My brush is 5 years old and its still as good as new.

    Fabulous!!

    Where would I be without it?? My hair is bleached and dry. My daughters hair so so very thick and long but this baby looks after the whole family!! Even when wet, I can use this on everybody, even when blowdrying! I've had mine about 6 years now and its looking a bit the worse for wear but every bristle is still there working its magic. Its worth it weight in gold in out house!!

    Excellent for curly hair

    This hairbrush is amazing. I received it this morning and used it on my long, curly hair when wet - normally this would mean a battle with a detangling comb and I wouldn't dare go near it with a brush - the Aveda brush went straight through without any problems at all, getting rid of all tangles on the way! I also have psoriasis on my scalp and the brush was very soothing. In fact, I can't wait until tomorrow morning when I can wash/brush my hair again!

    Fantastic brush

    I have long hair, and this brush is perfect. It's 4 years old and still looks like new.Ideal for anyone who has children with long hair, doesn't drag or pull.

    having to replace my brush!!!

    After having had my Aveda paddle brush for squillions of years I'm having to replace it. Not because it was worn out or anything, it still looked pretty fantastic!!!!I'm having to replace it because I picked it up in a bid to defend my honour when my 15 yr old son jokingly made some cheeky comment about my lucious locks so I hit him on the arm with my paddle brush... My paddle brush came off worst as my son fell to the floor in a heap of teenage giggles and my brush broke in half.GGGGGRRRRR to teeenage boys who torment their mothers...btw no children were irrepairably damaged during this episode, just my brush!!!!
