Directions of use:

Apply the conditioner after using Aveda Scalp Benefits Shampoo.
Massage in your entire scalp with the four fingers as your thumb rests on the occipital ridge.
Use slow circular motions.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
If you determine that a dandruff condition is present, apply Aveda Scalp Remedy.

Buy big - preserve healthy hair!

I switched to this product because I swim regularly and this in combination with Scalp Benefits shampoo does a great job of conditioning my hair, which now has a healthy look and feel. Being able to buy big means affording a good quality product more economically.

So soothing, as soon as you put it on! I love the smell and the huge bottle and the fact that my scalp's been really healthy since I've started using it, literally from the first time. The only reason that I've not given it 5 stars is that it could do with smoothing my hair a bit more (it detangles well though). I use pre-conditioner to keep my hair smooth, which is not a hassle. I will be buying this again - can't imagine not having it!
