Aveda shampoo cleanses my hair gently and doesn't irritate my scalp. I can leave my hair for two and even three days without washing whereas previously I washed my hair daily. It has a herbal scent which I really like and the litre bottle is excellent value.

Always a winner with all the family, from fussy teenagers to terrible toddlers to griping Grannies. Everybody has clean sweetly perfumed hair and no problems about greasy, dry etc.The 1000ml size is particularly good value and buying this size makes it cheaper than many bog standard shampoos.

Excellent Shampoo

I've been using Aveda Shampure for years now and love it. I first bought it because my skin had become very dry and sensitive and my scalp was constantly itchy and dandruffy. Shampure settled these symptoms down straight away and also keeps my hair in better condition than it has ever been in before. I very rarely have to use a conditioner. Add to that the gorgeous aroma and the great value with the 1000ml size and you have an all round excellent shampoo.

This is the best shampoo ever! I have thin-ish hair prone to being oily and this is the only shampoo I can confidently wash my hair every second day with and it still looks perfect. Also great as I dry/straighten every second day and the combo of the shampoo and conditioner keeps my hair shiny and healthy

Getting to know Aveda

Aveda products are special in that they are organic, and PH balanced. Shampure is the only shampoo for me, I don't try other shampoo's anymore because they strip the hair too much. Shampure gently cleanses and puts nutrients into my hair. It can be called a daily shampoo, but you don't have to use it everyday, in fact when changing to Shampure, after a short time, I had hair which felt even in texture, scalp calmer,and healthier. I use Confixor for styling and my lightweight hair has fantastic body without heavy stickiness, All Aveda produts have natural sunscreen ingrediants too. I've used these products for 12 years. If you look up Aveda on the net, there's so much more to it.

My "Shiny Shampoo"

My scalp is rather greasy, so I usually use Aveda's Scalp Benefits shampoo, but for special occasions, I use Shampure. When I use it, one of my colleagues can tell instantly when I walk into the office and will ask if I used my "Shiny Shampoo" that day! Highly recommended, even if I personally can't use it every day.

I dont write reviews, but had to for all of you who want to be a beauty queen!! I just read a few weeks ago an article were the lovely Sasha P. revealed her beauty secrets. I was like great another marketing thing to sell this shampoo. However i researched and needed a new shampoo bad, because im letting my hair grow and wanted a nice shampoo. This shampoo does not only smell amazing, the best of it is it makes your hair wonderfully soft, shiny, clean, nourishes, and it does not make your hair like oily. It simply makes your hair amazingly beautiful. I only can recommend this product.

best shampoo ever used

As a teenager I used to have eczema on my scalp all the time, nothing could help - not even special shampoos from the chemist. With Aveda's Shampure my scalp and hair is as healthy as ever. And even though it's not the cheapest, the 1 litre bottle lasts me for over a year, as you don't need much to get a great result!Btw - I had the same results with the Blue Malva (gives blonde hair a super Scandinavian shine) and Rosemary Mint Shampoo!

It Is Addictive

Been using this for about 15 years - occasionally will go off and try something new - always end up back with this. Its reliable and makes my fine highlighted hair soft and not at all flyaway. My husband has a lot of allergies and this is the only shampoo he will use.

I've never managed to stick to any one brand of shampoo my whole life, even with the more expensive ones. Yet once I tried Aveda Shampure shampoo, I was instantly hooked. It does have good cleansing power, and remains mild on hair. It makes hair soft and is especially recommended for everyday use - I once tried only using it once every 2 or 3 days and instantly got an itchy, irritated scalp. Yet once I resumed using it daily, my scalp never became itchy or irritated again. This is the only weird thing about this shampoo - it makes me wash my hair everyday. But I got used to it. After all, the feeling of consistently squeaky-clean, soft shiny hair day in and day out is really good. And the aroma... you won't miss it. Even though after months of use, I've grown accustomed to the smell and am no longer feeling very "wowed" by it, I still feel that this shampoo is the best I've ever used, I still am reluctant to switch. It is highly addictive, and I don't know why... And if you love natural plant-product shampoo and the very natural plant aromas this shampoo carries, and if you love a good clean healthy head of hair day-in-day-out (and are prepared to wash your hair everyday to achieve this), definitely get your hands on this one!
