Directions of use:

Shampoo with Repair Rescue Shampoo.
Apply Repair Rescue Conditioner to damp hair and massage through the mid-lengths and ends.
Leave for 2-5 minutes.
Rinse out.

Yes I have to admit that this is very good for damaged bleached hair, still love Paul Mitchell strength and would say very similar...

Best Conditioner

After having my hair highlighted for some time I found my hair started breaking and my usual conditioner not working. I bought various different high street brands but still none would make it soft. I then bought this one and my hair looks so soft and shiny it also smells fab too like perfume. Thumbs up!!!
