Directions of Use

• To create fuller lips, apply slightly above your natural lip line to create a binding agent for the lip liner to adhere.
• Trace over with a lip liner and fill your entire lips with lipstick
  
• To keep lipstick true to colour, apply over your whole lip area and layer over with lipstick
  
• To provide extra anti-feathering prevention, apply over lips prior to lip liner, lipstick or lip gloss application.
