Directions of Use:

• Wet - Use a fine brush and dip into the powder, tap off excess, mix on back of hand if necessary.
• apply in a straight line to upper lash line using a confident brush stroke
• Dry – Dip thin brush into powder, tap off excess
• Smudge along upper lash line and into the bottom lash line for a smokey-eye look
