This product is very strange! I put it on my face and get a burning sensation for a few seconds, which then calms. When I take off the masque my skin feels radiant and glowing. The burning worries me though. It's not like a cool sensation - it is definately burning and my skin goes red and then calms again. Won't buy it again. Caroline, Derbyshire

It burns a little bit, and my face goes quite read afterwords, BUT IT WORKS REALLY WELL, and to me that is the point! Give it a chanse, and you want get disapointed.

you want to use this on clean skin. I used microfoliant then this and i loved it. There is a tingling/burning sensation but i enjoyed it. It relaxed the skin for me. opened up my pores, made my skin radiant and it was only red for a few seconds then it calmed to a perfect airbrushed glow. Lovely.

I'm not sure how this works but it does! Seems to clear the skin and keep it clear. I've never used anythig except clay masks before and this seems better because it's not drying.

I haven't actually used this product because before I was going to buy it I sought advice from a professional. She told me it was for people with severe acne only and can be quite potent on the skin and is not recommended for use if you suffer from sensitivity. Instead, I was advised to use the special cleansing gel, multi-active toner, daily microfoliant, medicated clearing gel, skin smoothing cream and if I wanted a masque she recommended the skin hydrating masque (which I also bought). I didn't have to get all of these but I decided to and I am so happy I did. They are all really gentle on my sensitive skin, and the medicated clearing gel is a miracle for spots. I suffer very badly from painful spots and boils and you literally wake up the next morning prctically spot free. It's amazing and the best product for spots. You should definitely give it a go! Hope this review helps.
