Directions of Use:

For Massage - Pump a small amount onto palm of hand and massage onto the body and scalp.
For Aromatherapy Bath - Add 4-8 pumps into a warm bath.
To Intensify Body Creams- Add one pump to cream Blend and apply to body using upward strokes
