Directions of use:

• As an eyeliner, place the pencil on your upper lid, at the base of your lashes in the inner corner and sweep out toward the outer corner.
  
• As an eye shadow, apply the same technique and blend.
  
• For a lash tint, brush the pencil across your lashes.
