"…work hard to control oil production……effect will last all day…...has much more staying power……even sport does not affect the appearance of these powders!" I have to disagree. While a light dusting of this powder does seem to give the skin a brighter, more even appearance, it does nothing at all to combat shine. I have combination skin and after only two hours wearing this powder (and that’s sitting at my desk in the office, not working out at the gym!), my nose looked like an oil slick. It was all the more noticeable because the rest of my face was quite matte. While I accept that combination skin will become shiny around the T-zone at times, I have not looked as bad as this since accidentally applying a moisturiser for extremely dry skin and I’ve never taken out my Cornsilk compact so much. Summary: Excellent light coverage for normal skins if you want to ditch the chemicals. Anyone else would probably be better off trying Bare Escentuals Bare Minerals, as Egyptian Earth won’t do any better than a much cheaper high-street powder.
