The Urban Decay Surreal Skin Liquid Foundation in Illusion is the ultimate foundation with its oil-free, vitamin-infused formula that lasts all day, won’t break down or clog pores and gives a totally natural look.
The sheer and light texture allows you to layer it all over for a more polished look, or touch up those places where you need it as it won’t cake. It is perfect for all skin types as it won’t irritate sensitive skin or clog pores for breakout-prone skin.

This is a really nice foundation. As per the description you can apply a normal amount for natural looking coverage or slightly more for heavier coverage. I'm very fair skinned and went for the Illusion shade which was perfect. Every time I wear it I get complements about my skin. The bottle is extremely cute - like a miniature plastic 'I Dream of Jeanie' bottle however, it is a bit awkward getting the foundation out - you have to unscrew the top, turn it upside down and either wait for gravity to let the product out or attempt to squeeze the bottle - more difficult than it sounds. Also I found that by the end of the day the foundation wasn't as long lasting as my normal foundation but overall I really like this product and will buy it again.

Ordered this based on the previous review as I've got what I call "see through" skintones which are very pale but can be quite reddish or even blue looking in places. The only way I can look remotely natural with foundation is to find a really light one so I always seem to be hunting new ones down as old favourites are discontinued. Even the light colours of those foundations that are meant to blend to any skintone don't work for me, I just look as if I've being overzealous with the fake tan.The illusion colour is perfect for me, and even a small drop has easily covered some light scarring I have on my cheek. Totally agree about the bottle however. It's very much style over practicality, and as I'm disabled I normally look for the latter. However for this good a colour match I'll live with it, even if I have to decant it into something else.
