BECCA Brow Powder in Fair is a soft velvety powder that creates beautifully contoured brows by subtly defining shape. Formulated to be harder than regular eye shadow powders it can be applied in fine strokes to resemble brow hairs.

Harder than regular eye shadow powders, BECCA Brow Powder in Fair allows you to create the brow shape, colour, and density that you desire. Use wet and/or dry for greater definition. Brow Powder’s are preservative and paraben-free. Brush sold separately.
