We all know that stress plays havoc with your skin, but when you are busy it can be hard to wind down. We think Balance Me products are perfect for relaxing after a busy day thanks to their beautiful relaxing fragrances. We asked Sian Jones, the co-creator of Balance Me, for her one big tip for a relaxing night’s sleep.

Question: What are your top tips to help relax in the evening and sleep better?
Answer:

I always recommend thinking about the one thing that will make the biggest difference to you – rather than getting overwhelmed with everything you should be doing.

Decide if this is going to bed one hour earlier every day, having a bath with our naturally fragranced and relaxing Rose Otto Body Wash, drinking more water, getting more fresh air or exercising, anything you like. Try to do this as many days a week as you can.

All of these factors are good for your wellbeing and will positively impact your skin as a result. My favourite is to read a book for half an hour before I go to bed.
