Next, line your lips. Taking the MAC Lip Pencil in Boldly Bare, begin by lining the outside of your lips, starting on the bottom lip then working up to your upper lip. The ultra smooth formula glides onto the lips without dragging or pulling. Use the Lip Pencil to accentuate and define your cupid's bow and add a little extra fullness where needed.
