Yes they do work.

I have to disagree with connoisseur_haggler. This curler does work and the results are amazing. Don't forget to put mascara on first though, otherwise it doesn't work (it says so in the instructions). Turn the eye curler on, wait for the wand to heat up, hold aganst your lashes and voila! The perfect flutter. Easy to use, small enough to fit in any handbag and it doesn't break your lashes. What more could a girl want!

Great for your handbag!

Having wasted my money on the Shu whatsisface ones which did nothing for me, I decided to go ELECTRIC! They take a bit of practice, and I wish they heated up a bit faster (but you can always just put your lipgloss on while you're waiting). I think these work best with waterproof mascara as the curl really sets and lasts all day. For really special eyes, you can curl your lashes with regular metal curlers before applying mascara, and then use the heated lash curler when your lashes have dried - this gives an impressive extra zing and curl. The curlers are great to carry in your bag and use to 'refresh' your mascara at the end of the day (much beter than putting more on)!

Really disapointing

i saw these eyelash curlers and i thought wow but then when i received them in the post they were really not as good as i thought they would be i thought that the curl would last a bit longer than normal un heated eyelash curlers but it didnt as a matter of fact the curl didnt last and hour i was very disapointed with this product and will not be purchasing anymore of these products as christmas gifts

Wow!

This is a totally amazing product - I simply love it! I have quite short and stiff lashes, but with this incredible product I can get the lashes I've always wanted! Some find it best to use after having applied mascara, but I found it beter to use it before mascara, just to give the lashes that little extra! It's absolutely worth every penny!

If i used the heated curlers with my normal eyelash curlers it would give a bit of extra curl but otheriwse i found them of no use, i used them with mascara as they say to do. I will add i have got extremely long thick eyelashes and have tried eyelash perming kit and that has not worked either. I do not use them, stick to my trustworthy manual ones!!!

Not good.

I've had this for about a month now, so if I just needed practice that ought to do it. I was expecting great things from this, having read the reviews. But even if I hold it longer than it says I have to, I still only get very little curl, and it disappears very quickly. I get better result with metal ones, although i don't think they're very good either - and kind of brutal. Maybe they work differently with different mascaras - but I've got to say, this was a big let-down.

these are WICKED they open up your eyes instantly i look like minnie mouse! and you dont risk clamping your eyelid like with the metal ones. the only key is to make sure u put mascara on first before curling

Took me a while to get the hang of it but in the end i got it! Great results lush curls but did not last as long as i had hoped!

Finally!

This actually works! I have short and thick lashes that won't go anywhere, but this works! I get great lashes, that lasts long - especially with waterproof mascara as mentioned above.

I was a little sceptical about heated lash curlers but after using this product i was amazed at the results. My lashes look really long and curly now. Use before and after mascara for best results. Fantastic product!

Fantastic product

I have tried plenty of eyelash curlers in the past but could not resist buying these after reading the reviews. I love them. Comes with a lovely velvet pouch. Always have them in my bag now. They curl eyelashes with or without mascara but I find them better to use with mascara. Definately worth a purchase!

Wouldn't be without them!

This is so easy to use and far less terrifying than the metal counterparts. There is much debate whether it is best to use the device before or after mascara, for me it depends on the brand of mascara I'm using - some become clumpy if you use a heated curler after applying, in which case it is best to use them before. Gives long fluttery lashes in seconds, excellent!!!

I love this! I found it easy to use and the curl lasted all day until i washed off my mascara. I use it after applying my prescriptives plush mascara, it makes a huge difference to my lashes, it really opens up the eyes. I would not be without this great product, well worth buying.

I love this eyelash curler! I could finally say goodbye to my metal ones that damaged my eyelashes. I use the heated eyelash curler after applying mascara and it looks wonderful. Gives you lovely curled eyelashes and opens up your eyes in seconds.

needs a certain mascara!

Very impressed with this lovely product!.. But i must warn you certain mascara's only work with this product!.. I've found max factor's aqua lash, curls very well when i've used clarin's, that was no good, also maybeylinne, wasn't so good, but you must try these things out for yourself!... And see for yourself, but sometimes the dearest products don't give the best results!.. Well not in mascara's!.. If we were talking face creams it becomes a different story?.... V

Top Product!

These really do work and one of the best finds...thanks to Lookfantastic!I use before applying but find them ideal to use as a top up curl if going out later rather than piling on more mascara. I was so impressed, I've bought another as a gift for a friend who thinks it is excellent.

This one works!.. but you need to use the right mascara, so one I can suggest is, Max Factor's Aqua
