All Eye Intensifier from DuWop is an EyeCatcher Pencil in the blackest of velvety black to complement all eye colours. Wear it as a long lasting eyeliner, blend for a smoky eye effect or brush across your lashes, either way your eyes will dazzle!
DuWop’s EyeCatcher Pencil uses a basic colour theory to make your eye colour stronger. The All Eye Intensifier does just that for your eyes. The formula is noncomedogenic, completely smudge proof, water resistant and conditioning.
- As an eyeliner, place the pencil on your upper lid, at the base of your lashes in the inner corner and sweep out toward the outer corner.
- As an eye shadow, apply the same technique and blend.
- For a lash tint, brush the pencil across your lashes.
