I came in touch with Slendertone via a very good friend of mine. I've never used an electronic muscle toning system before and the first time I used Slendertone's System Abs I found the sensation very strange, I didn't actually expect to feel it working at all. As a 52 year old woman, my body is not as firm as it used to be. I haven't been able to exercise because of my fibromialgy disease which makes exercising too painful.
