Quite good
I do a manual job which requires lots of kneeling, which has caused my knees to become dry, itchy, cracked and discoloured. I have been using this cream twice a day for two weeks and can see an improvement, although no miracles as yet. It is however very soothing, maybe after a few more weeks it will further improve my poor knees!!!

Great on keratosis pilaris!!
I bought this after reading that urea can help reduce symptoms of keratosis pilaris (those little red bumps some of us get on the backs of our arms!), I was skeptical but I have seen a huge improvement and the cream leaves my skin feeling really smooth and not at all greasy. The condition has almost completely cleared up (using it most days for the last couple of weeks). I will definitely be buying it again. Also the postage was super speedy, it arrived well packaged just a day after ordering :)
