Some improvement, but not much
I have always had dark circles under my eyes, thanks to fair and quite transparent skin (especially in winter!) and I have always been looking for something that would look like I just didn't have them instead of something that makes you look as if you applied something. You know what I mean, I see it on celebrities all the time, they wear so much concealer that the light is litterally reflecting from their eye-sockets. I think it is easy to go overboard, which you cannot really do with this roll-on. I cannot vouch for any of the effect of the ingredients or the little ball roll-on itself, but it has a good color to put on top of your foundation. Better if you roll on some small dots, let it sit for about 20seconds and then gently dab to even out. It makes the liquid a bit thicker and it sits better. The reason why I am not all head over heels is simply that it doesn't really make my dark circles any less dark, but to someone less genetically doomed and less tired it might work better.

Great product.
This Garnier Nutritionist Youth Radiance Tinted Eye Roll On is good under the eye, it does what it's supposed to do and feels lightweight on skin.
