I used to use Cherry Bark and Almond conditioner but thought I'd give this a try - I have thick and quite frizz prone hair which is kept totally under control with this conditioner - there is nothing else like it and my hair looks smooth and shiny.

My hair is very long, thick and coloured. Aveda Sap Moss Conditioner worked wonders at detangling my hair whilst giving it some much needed nourishment and shine.

This super-concentrated (and therefore better value than it first appears!) conditioner, suits my long, thick, wavy and highlighted hair better than any other I've tried. I also benefit from it not irritating my sensitive skin, or leaving my hair feeling greasy (like many other brand's dry/coloured conditioners do)! Because the ingredients are natural; the unusual, love it or hate it 'foresty' scent doesn't linger too much once the hair is rinsed and dried. The only possible critism I could level at both the Sap Moss Shampoo and Conditioner is that because they are so concentrated, they can begin to feel a bit dry as you are working the product in (particularly if, like me, it takes you a while because you have long and/or thick hair) - but this is soon remedied by rewetting the hair a little, as necessary.

I have fairly coarse, thick, wavy hair and in the past it has reacted very badly to silicone-based products. I bought the Aveda sap moss hoping that it would be a more natural alternative, however, it produced very similar results i.e. coating each hair ( perhaps with the silica it contains) so that it became even thicker and more unmanagable and making it plastic-y,flyaway and frizzy.
