It doesn't matter if you are sporty, colour your hair, use any sprays etc. or just work in a busy city. Your hair will respond better if you use this product. It really cleans the build up out and off. I used to think I had dandruff it wasn't anything more than hairspray build up!

If you colour your hair!or any other chemical treatment use this the wash before and it will take better!! or if you just wany a nice clean feeling with no build up on your head try it!!!
