I've tried many aveda products and this one left me feeling really disapointed. It left my coloured hair tangled and feeling dry and stripped of moisture. it smells horrible to.

I have this product and it is fantastic great smell and made my relax hair very soft easy to manange just the best shampoo ever.. Love it

It does smell a bit odd but seems to work well on my thick course hair. The best Aveda shampoo I've tried to make my hair feel stronger and in good condition. Also the most expensive shampoo in the range.

I have used this shampoo once on my tired, dry, coloured hair and it is now really soft and silky. Friends have asked what I have done to my hair as it looks really glossy. I like the smell although it is a bit different. I would recommend this and cant wait to wash my hair again!

I have long thick sometimes frizzy hair and this shampoo makes my hair smooth and very healthy looking.

This shampoo is so great that, even straight after having my hair bleached I need no conditioner. It conditions and moisurises so well even on my straw like mop!Its hard to get a shine on blonde hair (bottle blonde is almost impossible) but this baby does just that. My hair looks shiny, healthy, natural. And the litre bottle lasts forever. I keep mine for a year and then pass the rest to my daughter - she deserves the treat!!

The Sap Moss shampoo made my dry hair stiff and frizzy. Cannot recommend it at all. Will not be usind the bottle. Furthermore it contans parabens which is a huge disappointment considering that Aveda claims to be healthy and organic. If you have damaged, dry or chemical treated hair I strongly recommend Aveda's Damage Remedy shampoo that makes hair soft, shiny and silky.

this shampoo is good but i found it could leave my hair quite knotted if i didn't wash it off quickly. Combined with the conditioner though it left my hair very soft and smooth....smell is different but not unpleasant....

I have used the sap moss shampoo for over 6 months and can say one of the best for dry coloured hair. It 's smell is quite strange at first but after a while when you see the difference who cares !! It seems to penetrate into hair leaving it moisturised immediately and have noticed a huge difference in the condition of my hair. Fabulous range altogether, love it !!!
