Directions of Use:

• Use Bumble & Bumble Deep Treatment once a week
  
• Wash your hair as usual
  
• Apply the treatment evenly to your damp hair, make sure that that your hair isn't dripping wet
  
• Swaddle your head with cling wrap, a warm towel, a shower cap or all three of them
  
• For optimal effect, apply heat, for example, sit under a lamp, a dryer, in a steamroom, a sauna, a hot tub, hot spring or the sun
  
• Leave it up to twenty minutes
  
• Wash thoroughly
