eco.kid Prevent Shampoo is a gentle plant derived shampoo specifically formulated to use everyday on young kids. In one step you can deeply cleanse and help protect effectively against head lice infestation, giving you peace of mind.
The probability of head lice exposure increases during warmer weather (>20°c), contact in the classroom, active outbreaks, school trips or sleepovers, etc. eco.kid Prevent Shampoo is suitable for use by the whole family and should be used to reduce the chance of cross infestation to parents and siblings when head lice are prevalent.
eco.kid Prevent Shampoo contains no artificial preservative, colouring or fragrance and is readily biodegradable and waterway friendly. eco.kid Prevent Shampoo gently cleanses the hair without damaging the sensitive balance of natural oils on the scalp. This is achieved by using a solvent dry-cleaning action instead of a detergent action.
eco.kid’s primary cleansing system is their botanical cleansing complex which is derived from 100% pure essential oils. These plant essences release pure fumes from the hair and scalp which assist to repel insects; solubilise excess oil and dirt with natural terpenes and hydrocarbons; help eradicate head lice and their eggs by natural terpenes and hydrocarbons attacking their outer protective lipase coating and delivering phyto-chemicals which simultaneously attack the insect’s nervous system.
eco.kid Prevent Shampoo is recommended if you have delicate, fine hair that becomes easily tangled; naturally curly, coarse textured hair; coarse, unruly hair; normal, oily or dry scalps; maximum assistance in preventing head lice; maximum assistance in preventing reinfestation of head lice; daily use during warmer weather when head lice reproduce quicker; maximum assistance during head lice outbreaks at school; and for children over three years old.
