This conditioner was really bad on my long hair. My hair was difficult to comb, and there were lots of knots hard to comb

this is a really good conditioner, after using this for 2 weeks i could feel the difference in my hair. remember this is a strenghtening conditioner not an hydrating. if this one left your hair hair a bit dry then try the hydratherapi,its a 5star product.i use fortifying one week and hydraterapi the next. the best:)

I felt that this was very dissapointing, i have used many other Matrix products and found them excellent. This made my hair hard to comb and left it quite flat looking. However i liked the Fortifying shampoo.
