Does what it says in the description. Leaves hair tangle free and conditioned. And I love that it is fragrance free and therefore doesn't overpower my other products. Only downside is that even though I like that the mist is very very fine, it also means that it is very difficult not to inhale some of it, and feels like inhaling spray paint, so I hold my breath when using it.
