I have thick, wavy hair which I like to wear big! Since Aveda stopped doing theri Sap Moss spray (the swines!) I have been looking for This is a good spray, giving a decent amount of volume without stickiness, the only drawback being I did seem to get through it very quickly compared to the old Sap Moss!
