I can't really tell if this product does what it is suppose to. I don't se any difference if I use it or not.

Having afro hair (which is relaxed) it is often difficult to find suitable products. But after using this product for the last 3 years i can honestly say 'i love it'.I myself use it once a month, especially just before relaxing my hair to give it extra strengh.The key my sister and friends (yes i let them in on the secret) found is not to use too much and DO NOT leave on for longer than 5 mins or your hair will feel like straw!A bottle lasts for months too!

I,m a hairdresser and i love this product. I have saved many peoples hairs with this. The trick is:1. Apply 3-5 pumps to hair, leave in for 3-5 min. 2. repeat the prosess 3 times without rinsing. 4. rinse and apply another treatment (moisture treatment) or conditioner. By doing this you increase your hairs strength by 60%. But remember that this is a protein treatment, it does not make your hair more sleek, but stronger. Use only with hair that are chemically treated or thin.

This range saved my hair after I had the colour stripped. This product has literally re-built my hair - I wouldnt recommend it to anyone with really dry hair, because it can make it feel a little 'stiff' to the touch, but if your hair is chemically tortured or breaking off, this is the stuff for you!

this stuff is amazing.my hair is so weak and damaged from over bleaching that when ever it gets wet it has the consistancy of melting plastic (not nice at all)then when dry it would snap of at the ends with the slightest touch even after having about 3 inches cut off.when i got this cat treatment i washed my hair as it says to then applyed the cat treatment to my damp hair but i didnt rinse it out i left in on and covered my hair and scalp with a plastic shoping bag (very glam)which i left on for about an hour then took of and went to bed with the cat treatment still in my hair.next morning even before i had got in the shower to rinse my hair it felt sooooo good and strong then when i got in shower i rinsed hair,applyed a normal conditioner then rinsed again with warm water then a blast of ice cold.when i started to dry my hair i couldnt belive how strong it felt and the melting plastic feeling had compleately gone and when my hair was comleatly dry it was soft,shiney,bouncy and best of all when i touched it non of the ends were snapping of and that was only my first application i carnt wait to see how its gona look and feel after a few more.this is seriously good stuff its made my hair feel and look normal again for the first time in ages.i love you redken hehe.xxxx

I have actually bleached my naturally sleek and healthy hair over 7 times to remove an extremely dark shade and achieve an extremely light one (stupid I know) but after all the abuse and overprocessing it finally cracked. It was horror hair! I am always self conscious, so when it happened it really stressed me out. I thought I'd have to actually shave it off because when it was wet it felt like a mushy pulp rather than hair, and when dry it looked like dreadlocks! I had to cut off an inch and a half, and when this product arrived I hoped for some results though I didn't expect anything amazing. I left it on a lot longer than it says on the packet because I thought there would be no danger in over strengthening my hair-theres nothing left to it. Even though the results weren't AMAZING I was extremely impressed. After the first treatment (which I left on for 5 hours), my hair was noticably stronger, and had began to detangle itself without any help. I have been using it for three days now and it has completely restructured my distressed hair, which can now be brushed (gently) and styled as normal. I am now looking to buy more Redken products, even though I do not usually spend this much on my hair, this product was well worth it. If I didn't buy it, I don't think I'd have any hair today!

I have naturally fine, curly hair that I batter straight. Consequently my hair had started to break off to the point where I had pieces at the front roughly a few inches in lengh, while the rest of my hair was sholuder length. I have tried endless leave in conditioners and treatments (Redken Anti Snap, Sebastian etc) to solve this problem but none seemed to do anything. I tried this as a last resort after reading its reviews and can honestly say it's worth every penny! I have been using this for about a month now and can already see that my hair is growing back when previously it broke off before it got a chance to gain any length and feels much stronger.
