Step 1 - If you wish to review what is in your Shopping Basket at anytime, simply click on Shopping Basket icon at the top right hand side of the screen: This will take you to Your Shopping Basket Page which will show you all the items that you have added to your basket and the quantities you have chosen, along with the total cost of your Shopping Basket.
At this stage you can amend anything you like.
- Remove an item: To remove an item from your Shopping Basket simply click on the icon next to the rubbish bin within that item's Basket Box: and the item will be removed from your basket.
- Update a quantity: If you want to increase or decrease a quantity of an item in your basket simply amend the figure in the box in the Quantity column and click Update.
Step 2 - Remember at this stage you can still add our great gift-wrapping service to your order, to receive all your items neatly boxed, complete with a beautiful ribbon - to add this you simply need to click 'add gift wrap' on the shopping basket page.
Step 3 - Also at this stage if you have a promotional code you wish to redeem, you will need to enter it into the white space within the blue promotional code box. This will then automatically apply the promotion to your basket, you will see it listed in your basket if it was correctly entered, if the code you enter is incorrect you will see this message.
Tips for using promotional codes:
- Always use capitals
- Remove any spaces from codes
- Be careful using O's and 0's

Step 4 - At this point you can either Continue Shopping by clicking the button: which will take you back to the previous page you were on. Please note: When you return to your shopping basket you may need to re-enter your promotional code again.
Or you can Proceed to Checkout and pay for your items by clicking this icon:
Step 5 - Once you have clicked on the Proceed To Checkout button, this will take you through to the Delivery Details page.
Step 6 - At this stage you will need to firstly enter your billing address in the box on the left, ensure this is the address where the credit/debit card you wish to pay with is registered.
Step 7 - Then you will need to enter your delivery address into the box on the right. Please try to ensure that someone will be in to receive your delivery at this address between the hours of 9am-5pm. You can add as many addresses as you like and these will be remembered in your account.
REMEMBER at this stage if you want to use a different delivery address, then click the Add Address button to enter a new address, if you edit an address it will replace the existing one, not add a new one.
If you have bought the item as a gift you can enter the gift recipient's address in here.
Step 6 - If you have any special delivery instructions for your postman such as 'leave in the porch' or 'please leave at the back door if nobody is in' then you will need to enter this in the Extra Delivery Information Box. Please make this as concise and clear as possible. If you are happy with all of this information you can then click on the Proceed To Checkout button once more, this will take you to the Payment Details Page, if you wish to amend your order then click on the Back to Basket button to return to the Basket Page.
Step 7 - At this stage you need to enter your credit / debit card details. If you are not sure what any of the items required are simply click on the question mark button and this will explain where you can find the information on your card. REMEMBER this card must be registered to the billing address you specified on the previous page, if it is not, and you need to change the billing address by simply clicking on the Back to Delivery Details button.
Step 8 - This is your last chance to review your order listed in the right hand Order Summary box, if you wish to make any changes simply click on the Back to Delivery Details button and then the Back to Basket button and you will be able to amend your order. If you are happy with everything then click on the Place Your Order button: [image] making sure you only click once, and your order will be sent directly through to us for picking.
Step 9 - You will then be taken to the Order Confirmation Page to reflect that your order has been successful, you can print out this page if you wish, by clicking on the Print button. At this stage we will also send you a confirmation email to your designated email address, listing the items you have ordered which you can keep for your records.
Step 10 - Sit tight and we will pick, pack and deliver your order right to your door. Enjoy!
