Jessica Brilliance Topcoat penetrates through your nail polish to the basecoat, drying freshly manicured wet nails in minutes. So each time you apply it, it's like a brand new manicure, fresh with shine.
Directions of use:
- Use it as the final step in your manicure.
- Generously apply using 8-10 strokes.
- Apply under and over your nails sealing the edges.
- To freshen up your manicure, apply 1 coat every 3-4 days.

best top coat EVER
I always have the same problem... paint my nails and believe they're dry. Go to bed and when I wake up there is no lovely gloss, as they've been smudged in the night. This fast drying top coat is the answer to my prayers and my lovely are nails are glossy and perfect for an ENTIRE week! Excellent!
Shine!
I purchased Jessica Brilliance High Gloss Top Coat as my original one had all gone. An excellent item, really makes your nail polish shine and lasts a long time. Only downside is that once you get 3/4 the way through you have to buy a new one as the polish goes a little thick and hard to apply onto the nail.
