Directions for Use

Distribute evenly through your damp, towel dried hair
Comb through for even distribution, whilst paying particular attention to the damaged areas of your hair
Using a paddle brush and a blow dryer to blow dry your hair, use tension to smooth your hair whilst drying
On extremely frizzy or curly hair, distribute the balm evenly through your hair concentrating on the middle of your hair shaft and ends (this is the hardest part to straighten)

A fairly good multi-use product

I've definitely noticed less breakage when using this, however you only need a very small (5p size) amount or it can leave hair feeling a little tacky. But as a thermal-protector, strengthening and straightening(!) this is a pretty good buy. I also highly recommend Kerastase Ciment Thermique as a slightly superior product.
