5 Star Product DOES WHAT IT SAYS!

I have been using this serum oil ever since it came out last year. My hairdresser got me hooked! Just apply a very small amount on to your damp hair before drying and leaves your hair so soft and silky! I find it helps with any split ends and dont hardly get any anymore considering i only get my hair cut every 6 months, great product would HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I havent found it cheaper anywhere else either so always buy it on here!

LOVE this product - I have super fine hair with oily roots and dry ends and this elixir not only smooths the ends without weighing it down but smells gorgeous and a little goes a long way which means although it initially seems to be costly, in the long run it works out more economical than similar products on the market such as Moroccan Oil - GREAT BUY! :)

The best product I have ever used on my hair & believe me I've tried a lot! I have curly/frizzy hair I've tried oils & serums before some work for an hour or two but then always make my hair greasy. This never does just soft, frizz free and superb shine every time. I really couldn't manage without it. Can't find any negatives, yes it's expensive but it lasts for ages and besides its worth EVERY single penny! As you may have gathered I LOVE it!!!💆

I have extremely thick hair which when left to its own devices makes me look like crytal tipps. I have tried loads of products in my quest to tame my hair some with more success than others. I came across this product while doing my usual search for the holy grail and decided to for it. My hair had also been really tuggy and i hoped this would help. I received it in good time and put some through my hair ,i then showered and washed/conditioned my hair.I let it dry for a bit then stroked about 3 pumps through hair.i let it fully dry then another pump through it finally i used my curling wand to define and went to bed. Next morning i couldnt believe it .it had a shine to it and was so soft, non tuggy,just gorgeous.i met my friend who took one look and sad my hair looked great,my colour was bright and it looked like some advert on the telly. I am in shock,never have complements about my hair unless i am straight out the hairdressers.brilliant stuff.love love love it.i need to buy more i dont ever want to be without this stuff.

I've used a few of the other Kerastase products and they have all been good, but this product is the best. I have poker straight hair that can get very dry at the ends but greasy at the roots. This product left my hair soft, shiny, with smooth 'repaired' ends, without any unwanted weight or greasiness. I've used a lot of serums, styling creams, protector sprays and oils (including Morroccon Oil) and I think this is the best. Granted, it is very expensive, but you only need 1 pump for shoulder lenght and 2 for long/thick hair, so it will last for ages. I would definitely recommend!

AMAZING!! This product is much better than anything else i've used (maroccan oil, orofluido, macadamia etc) And the bottle will last a long time!! Ive had mine for 2 months and i have used barely one centimeter of the bottle and I use it every day! You wont need anything else but this. I love that the bottle is in plastic since i drop my bottles all the time... this wont break! :) This is the best product i have ever used for my dry and fine hair!!

Did not work well with my hair, which is surprising since it is thick, curly, dry and coarse so thought this would be a great product for my hair. I felt it was too silicone-y for my hair and that it just 'sat' on my hair rather than soaking in and rejuvenating it. Sorry, really wanted it to work well. Oh, p.s.: found it did work a little better after shampooing on wet hair, b4 styling (rather than b4 shampooing).

Brilliant oil, I have never tried anything better than this. It worked miracle on my frizzy, died hair. Just a few drops after shampooing, and one drop once blow-dried. Used it for more than 6 months now and cannot imagine my life without it. It is definitely worth buying, as it lasts quite a long time (for my long hair 1 bottle lasts 3 months- consider I use is almost every day). Thought I'd use this product for a while before reviewing. Now that I'm down to 1/2 a bottle left, I can say that it is completely brilliant. I have long-ish, curly, frizzy hair and this works its magic every time I use it. I have experimented with using it like a conditioner, then rinsing, as well as just putting a couple of pumps on towel-dried hair and leaving in. Both work very well, but even better, I have worked it through unwashed hair and left in while I exercised (running) then washed out after an hour or so - exceptional results. Great product!

I got the limited edition which came with a cute scented candle. Great smell ! Elixir Ultime is great hair oil. Not greasy, doesn't' weight down my hair at all (I have oily hair). I used to use Kiehl's silk groom serum, which is a nice product as well. Comparing to the Kiehl's one, the Kerastase product has a longer lasting silking effect. You won't get a big bed head the next morning. Btw, i found it a great tip to use oil before you wash your hair. The result is really satisfying for me. Love this product.

Used this for the first time today and was a bit sceptical, even after reading all the great reviews! I have really dry frizzy hair an leave in conditioners just seem to weigh my hair down & make it greasy. I used two pumps of it before washing (which was probably a bit too much as I have short hair) then one pump after washing. I'm so pleased with the results! The frizz has practically disappeared, my hair looks lovely and glossy but not weighed down or greasy. After a few uses I'm expecting a build up of the oil, so time will tell. But so far, a brilliant product & will definitely be using again!

Shot in the dark buying this, been let down in the past by many of times with 'hair oils'.Purchased purely on the amount of 5 star reviews. Im glad i did, im shocked at how amazing this is, it feel like an oil but my hair seems to just soak it up and just condition it like nothing ive ever tried before. It says to put it on then wash it off, which is what i planned on doing but after 5mins of having this on i didnt feel the need to wash my hair as it just didnt look like i just put a heavy oil on my hair. The technology of this is brilliant. It smells amazing too - smells just like my tom ford black orchid perfume.If you have uber long hair like me then this will be a god-sent for your hair!Been using it every day now for a week and will continue to use it!

This is wonderful, really moisturising. My worry was that any hair old would make my hair greasy. Especially on the day after a shampoo. I used this on my hair before blow drying. No greasy feel at all, it feels like it softens my hair and it is even lovely and moisturized on the second day. Love it and was really needing something for my highlighted hair. I have used Kerastase Bain Satin 2 and Lait Vital for years, never in a million years did I ever imagine a product would come along that was even better for my hair. I use it as a leave in conditioner for my dry colour treated hair and post drying as a serum. It leaves my hair light, glossy and smelling amazing. Expensive but worth every last penny!

There are four ways to use: apply to dry hair before shampoo, apply to wet hair before blowdrying and straightening, nourish dry ends during the day, or overnight treatment for extra shine n boost!! Can only assume the poor ratings may be down to people having normal/dry hair. My hair was ruined I went from Black to blonde over several months and after bleach baths, peroxide various strenths, my hair had lost all tensile strength and was breaking off and falling out...what did I have to lose..apart from the rest of my hair....it had saved, strenthened, and softened what is left, miminised frizz and left it detangled.This product saved my hair, I put it on of a night time and washed it out in the mornings, and used it sparingly on damp hair....it really has done wonders.
