Really elegant smelling and wonderfully lightweight. Didn't weight my hair down at all and left it much silkier and more manageable. Also didn't impart a golden hue on my platinum blonde hair which is ideal! You only need to use a little so it's worth the investment.

Miracle oil

This is fantastic, I have fairly thick dry hair, which is coloured, so to get it shiny is a miracle. I have used moroccon oil for years but this is marked improvement.

My new Favourite - worth the price tag!

I had recently run out of my usual Moroccan Oil and was wanting to try something new. My hairdresser had previously tried to sell the Elixir it to me, but I wasn't convinced due to the hefty price tag and thought that it wasn't as great as the hype/PR had made it out to be. I was in fact wrong. I love this product!! I use it everyday; the night before washing, as a finishing product after straightening, and it works particularly well on wet hair before drying - left my usually dry, split, broken hair feeling silky soft, and it smells great too! My only very small criticism is that it unlike Moroccan Oil, it does feel particularly greasy on your hands, and my hair is very fine. You need to be careful how much you use on styled hair to avoid it looking greasy. I find that one 'pump' is too much for me. But once I'd fathomed out the quantities, I've been well away ever since!

Kerastase Elixire Ultime is very nice for your hair, but honestly, I really expected more, considering these great reviews that I read and its price! My hair looks pretty much the same before using it (and I'm using it for a month). It smells good, makes your hair more soften and nourishes it, but besides that, its nothing special.

Amazing

Makes your hair feel so silky and smooth! Very lightweight and less greasy than any other hair oils I have tried and tried most of the big name ones. You only need a tiny bit even if lots of thick dry hair, it goes a long way so will last for ages. I have thick dry hair and have extensions and put a little bit in my hair extension ends every day and also helps it stay more tangle free.

This will give you perfect hair. I have crazy, curly, dry hair which I often straighten. I originally used the stuff for fine hair, worried that the original would weigh my hair down ... not so. It is by far the best pre-blowdry treatment I've ever used, and I;ve tried pretty much everything.

I have heard so much about Kérastase Elixir Ultime from friends. Finally I have decided to buy it after reading yet another great review online. I have been using it for a week now and my hair feels fantastic! I love it.

The buzz is real. This elixir leaves your hair soooo soft and healthy looking! My hair is chemically treated and generally very dry but with this treatment, it looks expensive! I even prefer this product to Moroccan oil! I will definitely buy it again.

Great product, non sticky, makes hair really soft. It is not heavy, which I really like, but it doesn't eliminate frizz all the way, but for me, it is still a great product for nourishing dry and brittle hair

Exceptional serum

I have been using Kérastase Elixir Ultime for a few months and it is amazing! I have very thick, coarse, frizzy hair which I have been straightening for years now and this is my saviour. I use a good few pumps on damp hair before I dry and straighten.

I am new to this product but I use it before blow drying my hair and the shine is amazing. I also rub a little on the ends of my hair at night before washing in the morning to replace the natural oils of my hair that are lost through colouring or sun damage.

Lovely to use

Smells great and leaves my hair manageable and soft. Be careful of using too much though - just a couple of tiny pumps is plenty for shoulder length hair or it can make your hair greasy and flat.

I purchased a couple of bottles of Kérastase Elixir Ultime some time ago. My friends complimented me a lot on the way my hair looked and felt - it has never been so soft and shiny. They also pinched the two bottles, so i had to buy them again. Don't be put off by the price, a little goes a long way!

Kerastase Elixir Ultime Versatile Beautifying Oil

Very pleasant aroma, sweet, cosmetic. Watery consistency, it is not oily., Economic savings for my hair - just two taps on the dispenser. Elixir is so economical that for more than six months of regular use was able to use only about half of the bottle. I varied ways to use what the manufacturer recommends. Most of all I like to feed the hair, causing the roots to the shampoo and applied to already dry hair after washing. Definitely, it is very effective. After applying hair shines, look more vivid and easier to comb, less confused.

Silky soft hair

This Kérastase Elixir Ultime definitely makes a difference to my thick, wavy coarse hair. I apply it to my hair after washing, whilst still wet and then let it dry naturally. The end result is soft and manageable hair. I have also used the Kerastase Oleo Relax, which has similar results, but this feels more moisturising. And a little goes a long way, so use sparingly.

Brilliant product

Bought this for the first time a few weeks ago and I'm so glad I did. I use Kérastase Elixir Ultime every day. It gives great shine and condition without being greasy. Smells divine.

Amazing - I can't live with out it!

Firstly I want to describe my hair type... it is shoulder length but I have dreamhair extensions (which are also amazing). My hair is very fine, naturally curly/frizzy (straighteners used daily!) so not in the best condition. Oh, and to top the lot I also have Psoriasis, so have to be extremely careful with products. When I went to my hairdresser recently I told her how I had been recommended the Argan Moroccan oil (which everyone seems to rave about) so I spent a small fortune on it and thought yet again I was duped by the hype! This product was not for me it was awful in fact. It irritated, didn't sink into my hair causing it to feel limp and greasy and took forever blow-drying it... probably causing further damage! Anyway back to my hairdresser and this product... she used the Kérastase Elixir Ultime and gave me 3 small trial tubes to see how I would get on with it using it myself... All I can say is WOW! This product is truly amazing, weirdly I feel like I have new hair! It's soft to touch (even the husband has noticed), shiny, reduced the frizz dramatically, it untangles and helps me brush though my extensions after washing. Today my boss even asked me if I'd done something different to it or had new extension put it (my boss is also male! So for him to say anything hair related had me quite shocked). I also want to mention that Kérastase Elixir Ultime is fragranced, which normally I steer well clear of (psoriasis) and I was bit nervous about it, but it smells lovely and not overpowering, it doesn't go near my scalp so no irritation and absorbs into my hair quickly not leaving it looking greasy. I also want to say anyone complaining about any greasiness with this product, they are clearly using too much! So here I am, about to buy my first bottle after using up all the samples I had and I'm already hooked!

Kérastase Elixir Ultime takes away the fly away frizzy look. I really love this! It makes my hair super soft and the smell is absolutely amazing. I can definitely recommend it. It's definitely worth a try.
