This Kerastase Homme Capital Force Densifying Modelling Paste is a great product, fast delivery!

I bought Kerastase Homme Capital Force Densifying Modelling Paste thinking it would to wonders to my thick, dark and coarse 3 inches long man hair. It did not. First, I compared it to L'Oreal Studio Line OVERWORKED Putty. To begin with, ingredients list are 95% the same on both products. Since this paste costs 5 times the price of the drug store Overworked paste, I'd have expected more from Kerastase (which belongs to L'Oreal...) on that side. Then, the texture of the product is exactly the same between both Overworked and Kerastase Pastes. Not only that, but the finish given to my hair after these two products are applied is also the same. Only the smell is different between the two: Kerastase smells better, but way stronger. So if I summarise, this paste is just a nice marketing hit from l'Oreal. Save yourself money and buy the Overworked paste, it's just the same identical thing: ingredients (95% identical), feeling, texture and finish. For those interested, here are the specs of both Overworked and the Kerastase Paste: SMELL : on the strong side for Kerastase. Smells a like the Vaseline Men body lotion. for Overworked, the smell is somewhat citrus-y. TEXTURE : a light, almost creamy paste. Easy to scoop off the jar, rub between hands and to apply. HOLD : moderate-high. Decent, but don't expect too much if you have coarse, heavy and thick hair (lots of little hairs not holding into place). FINISH : gives matte finish to my hair. Almost unnoticeable once its there. However it does not give lots of separation (individual strands of hair not visible enough to my taste).

Great price for this item, muchy cheaper than anything else I seen online. Delivery was prompt and no hassle. Would definitely buy again as it is hard to track this product down!
