This is one of the best priducts i have ever used, i go by the colours of the kerastase range, and green is the one that suits my hair best, it is a real treat for me, and the conditioner is also wonderful, it is a very good day for me when i can get them both together. Espensive but worth it,

Best volume shampoo I've tried

My hairdresser advised me to change to this for winter, when my hair became quite flat. I have fine hair in a good condition, medium length.This def. works the way it should. But it is important to say that if you want the full effect you should blow dry it, otherwise it works half as good. I used it with the conditioner which I love. I must say that the volume effect is sometimes too much, but if that's what you want then go for this. Another great thing about it is that the hair feels much thicker, which is nice if you have fine hair.

Superb shampoo for me!!

I am an 'older' woman with short, fine hair which appears now to be thining. I used this shampoo a few years ago on the advice of my stylist and found it to be quite good. I bought it again about a year ago and it now seems absolutely wonderful for my type and age of hair, resulting in a noticeable increase in volume. I agree that over time it does appear to reduce shine, but this is very easily remedied by using a little conditioner each time. I wash my hair daily using only a very little shampoo, just enough to cover a five pence piece and my bottle has lasted for almost eleven months! How's that for value!!

This is a really okey shampoo... I only wish that there was a conditioner to go with it. Nice fresh clean smell! Gave my thin hair some volume...

Spent a long time deciding whether to try this out as it costs so much...to be honest I didn't find it that great. Left hair smelling lovely, but not that much more volume, and didn't feel clean even after 5 mins constant rinsing. Prefer Tigi or Wella SP

Great for my scalp great for my hair

I must say I own Tigi, Redken and B&B but Kerastase's Volumactive is truly the best I've tried. Why, it does not build up in my hair, my scalp stays really healthy and is not itchy at all. It takes a good care of my hair and smells great! It even volumizes my hair. Although I'm always searching for the HQ shampoo I always go back to this one as it really takes care of my scalp also! I highly recommend this to people with dry, fine hair and sensitive scalp!!!

A 'nice' shampoo!

Put it this way - it's ten times better than other shampoos for fine and flyaway hair on the high street, but I haven't really noticed a big difference in volume. However, the smell of this product is to die for - very citrusy, pink grapefruit - yum! You also only need a very very small amount to get great lather and super clean hair, so the bottle lasts a long time even for those like me with long hair.

This is an amazing product, just could not live without it. If you have hair that frizzes in damp weather, use this product, no more frizz. It is great to leave hair managable all through day, plus helps to style with hair dryer/ceramic straighteners. Brilliant product.

Best shampoo I've ever tried!

It is without a doubt the best shampoo I've ever tried. It has eliminated the need for conditioner, although I did buy a treatment as well - I rarely use it as the shampoo is doing it all. For as much as a shampoo CAN give your hair more volume, I think this one does. And it works wonders for my damaged hair. It lasts forever, I only have to use a tiny bit, so is very good value for money compared to anything else I've tried.

A great product for fine hair that tends to get a dry on the ends

I bought this shampoo to take on my holiday to Turkey. My hair was subjected to 45 degree heat everyday and salt water/chlorine and this shampoo kept my hair in beautiful condition. It does tend to give my hair volume when it is first washed, but like most other shampoos I have used, my hair tends to drop again through the day. However, it smells great and makes my hair really shiny, so I will definitely be buying it again.

I have tried so many volumising shampoos and conditioners it's unimaginable how much it has cost me!I've tried cheap supermarket and expensive salon brands.I've used the L'oreal Professionel Volume Expand range for a number of years which really gave my hair the 'oomph' I craved with the drawback that the smell was not too great!Then I discovered their natural range in the Abondance de cacao which worked just as good.I decided to try this Keratase volumising shampoo and conditioner but was sceptical as I had used the mask a long long time before and found it mediocre for the price!Wow, sooo glad I gave this a try. Works brilliantly and you only need to use a small two pence coin dollop to cleanse and condition.Gave my hair mega 'oomph' and smelt great! Thickened my already 'big hair' and fell into the right places I wanted it to!!Well worth the price you pay for as I can tell only after one wash that it will last twice as long as I don't have to use as much product.
