I have been using this product for over a year now and now favour it over B&B curl creme. It defines my curls whilst leaving them with some shine and without frizz. I personally mix this with Kadus curl lotion to make my curls super soft with definition - nothing worse than crispy curls.Only downside with this product is you have to be very careful not to use too much. It can make your hair feel limp and a bit greasy to touch.Otherwise great product.

I also have very thick curly, coarse hair and I have to say that this is the best product I have found so far and I have tried most products - both expensive and cheap! Doesn't leave your hair crispy which a lot of products do and does help to eliminate frizz.

I have thick, course, dry curly hair that demands loads of moisture. The shampoo and conditioner in the KMS curly range does NOT do it for me at all... But the control creme is very good! Sculpts curls nicely, the hair becomes shiny, and it does not make hair crisp. A little waxy if you put on too much. But remember, whatever styling product you use, the most important thing for making hair look good is the basic products (shampoo, conditioner etc.)Styling cannot compensate for hair in bad condition.

I've tried several products but I'm sticking with this one. It refines my curls while keeping them soft and light, thus giving the most natural look I've ever had. And a little goes a long way!

Best product for coarse european afro hair

Tried many products over many years - i have very thick european afro hair which is difficult to manage - this works great but I need quite a bit of it so it does not come cheap - keep trying other products to see if can do any cheaper but false economy - works good on mine if use Bumble & bumble or the MOP leave in conditioner first as well to tame
