Directions of use:

• Swirl your preferred eye shadow brush inside the lid absorbing a small amount of Glimmer onto your brush.
• Tap to remove the excess.
• Sweep the powder onto the lid of your eye and blend to the desired effect.
• Apply wet to create a foiled effect.
