I use Mavala 002 protective base coat which I think is great and have also used Mavadry (which although doesn't dry quite as quick as they claim it does, but it is in a reasonable amount of time; and does give your nail colour a really glossy finish). I really don't usually bother with writing reviews, but I was so disappointed, I had to. It takes hours (and I mean HOURS) to dry, so the outcome is usually most (if not all) of your nails having either the print of your clothes or fingerprints instead of a glossy finish...I will stick to Mavadry in the future!

I'm afraid i have to say i don't agree with the previous review, as this top coat has always worked really well on me and i'd go as far as to say one of the best i have used. definitely think mavadry is brilliant, but this gives a real glossy finish. I can only think it would have taken a while to dry is if you had applied a base coat, two coats of colour and a top coat, and not allowed each coat to dry properly. i normally do that many coats and then apply mavadry on top and it works a treat. x
