I've used Neal's Yard Remedies Rose Toner for more than 1 year. It makes my face smoother and brighter, and of course moist. Plus I really love the smell of the rose. It's quite a good deal.
Beautiful roses
Absolutely love Neal's Yard Remedies Rose Toner. Smells lovely and is gentle and cooling on my skin after washing. Also can soak cotton wool pads in this toner and use to depuff your eyes. Great price and good delivery time and free.
