The product was deliver in very good condition. It was sealed up properly to prevent product from faulty. I have slowly seen the great and healthy hair after using this product. My hair is not that oily as before. However, if I use both the conditioner and scalp serum in a day, hair tends to get a little oily by the end if the day. Otherwise it is a great product to be used on oily hair.
I suffered almost 2 years of a severe hair loss.I had tried various products, but only with the use of the kit of the brand like Nioxin. The hair falls each time less and it is brighter. My hair has no longer has an aspect of extremely thin.
