Bought Opi Nail Lacquer Outrageous Neons Mini Pack for my sister as a Xmas present she loves them. Highly recommend.
I just love these little OPI nail polishes! The colours are very vibrant and fashionable. The neon effect comes alive if you had applied the white polish first. To achieve the best results you might need to add several layers of neon coloured polish. The top coat gives great shiny finish to your nails.

Love the little sizes of the Opi Nail Lacquer Outrageous Neons Mini Pack (6 Products), they are easy to carry and come in cheerful colours.
This nail kit has very nice colors. It is suggested that you should apply first the white color and then the other color. This creates the neon effect. Unfortunately, the white nail polish very difficult to apply. It is thick and I have experienced that it never dries. I have tried on three occasions to paint my nails with this kit but failed to paint them. Last time I painted my nails with it, I have been very careful and I was quite happy at first. When I went to bed and woke up the next day the white color was very bubbly and it looked very ugly. It's a shame because the colours are really nice.
