It is indeed targeted at dry or dyed hair. The cream smells nice even after the hair id dry and it manages to tame and softens hair not making them oily though.

This is a good product and it does give some moisture - its just nok rich enough for my very dry, curly hair (i straighten it every day) I think I will use this as a conditioner and then buy masquintense from kerastase or butter treat from redken instead for deep condition.

Good but...

After reading reviews, I decided to order it from lookfantastic. Now after using it for 2 months 2 x a week I can say it is a good hair conditioner. However, it does not fully meet my expectations. My hair is thick, dry and naturally slightly vawy, but after having blonde highlights it has become considerably dryer. The hair absorb the cream hungrily and the hair get richer. However, it does not help in any way against my unruly, unmanageable hair . It does not have straightening nor smoothing effect which I was hoping for.

Was a bit sceptical about this, tried hundreds of products from the very expensive to the cheper end of the scale, read the good reciews already on this product for my unruly curly, dry hair and was totally amazed at actually how good this product is. Never tried Redken before as the range just seems too confusing but I totally reccommned this 100%!

Really good!

I use this together with the shampoo and conditioner and the result is very pleasing. I have dry, damaged hair, impossible to comb through if I don't use good products and this one makes it possible. Even though it's not the best treatment I've ever used for my hair, it's absolutely in my top 3 and you also get a lot for the price.

I have (well had) really dry brittle hair due to bleach and straightners, all soft heavy cream made my hair so lovely and soft and after 2 weeks of using it my hair is so much stronger and appears longer as it doesnt keep snapping off, i would definitly recommend this product, well worth its weight in gold lol....

This is such a great cream!! My hair is blow dried and straightened nearly every day and when it's looking really dry and haggard I put this cream in for 20 mins and it absolutely transforms my hair. I have been using it for about 6 years now and I still love it!

This is the best range I have ever tried, and I have tried them all from this site, I have gone back to the all soft, the litre sizes, my hair is soooooo incredibly soft, smooth, and you need to wash it allot less, your style lasts days longer and people will always comment on your lovely hair when you use this "all soft" range, try nothing else!!!!!!!!!

If you constantly highlight and style your hair then this is the product to try. Leaves my long thick hair shiny and soft. Unlike Kerastase hair masques, this one doesn't make hair greasy or lank. I get compliments on my healthy looking hair when I use this product. Highly recommended!

Does a fantastic job, shame about the smell...

This is excellent conditioner, did an amazing job on my coarse, thick, bleach and heat damaged hair. One major downside though is the smell - it's awful, a really strong cocoa butter smell which I can't stand. Fortunately, the worst of the smell goes once your hair is dry and styled. A 5 star product if not for the smell, hence the 4 star review.

I have very long, fine blonde(from the salon) hair that tends to be dry and dull and damaged if I'm not finatical, it needs a lot of help to keep it looking and feeling healthy!!I use this as every time I wash and leave it on for 5mins, it does the job very, very well, and my hair feels lovely and soft each time.If you need some extreme help I would recomend the kerestase forceintence treatment capsules if you need to actually alter the structure of the hair and need extreme help, pricey but unbeatable.

I was so distraught with my hair becoming dry and brittle due to excessive dying and straightening - I even thought about having a professional treatment at my salon Toni & Guy for £120. When i read these hopeful reviews I thought i'd give it a go - and I'm so very pleased I did! I bought the all soft range - shampoo, conditioner, silk fuel and the velvet whip - all of them are fab - my hair was like new after just the first wash!
