This product is perfect if you want to spruce up sad dry hair. It was the first in the Redken range that I tried and I was extremely impressed. My hair was dry and brittle and the extreme brought it back to life. A hairdresser suggested that after using a bottle of extreme to move onto the all soft range which was a great recommendation, my hair never felt so soft and smooth! Smiles all round.

very good for damaged hair
I have platinum blond hair to my waist, which is dry as a sponge. This products has definently stregthened my hair. It makes my hair feel way stronger and thicker.

My hair was extremely dry and without natural shine so I have tried a lot of products which didn´t help. I usually have strong and healthy looking hair (asian) so I needed some extra help. I might have been missing some vitamins at the time so I experienced split ends and loosing lots of hair to my comb after washing my hair. I think this shampoo and conditioner helped me getting my strong hair back! It has a great shine now it feels thicker and it´s easy to comb after showering. I love the smell and the soothing feel. Highly recommend it when claiming your healthy hair back!

This Redken Extreme Tube is a great shampoo and conditioner, it leaves my damaged hair feeling soft and silky. The only disadvantage is that I need to switch to another shampoo once in a while to avoid my hair becoming too heavy.

I am happy with this Redken Extreme Tube, but it's for restoring your hair; it doesn't make it softer, for that you'd need the All Soft range. So exchanging between the two ranges gives the best result. My hair is very dry and very damaged after years of colouring and bleaching!

These products are great at repairing bleached, damaged hair. Would recommend alternating with the redken all soft range to prevent hair getting too dry. Also works out much cheaper to by them in this tube rather than separately.

I love Redken products, and these are no exception. I use the Extreme range every other time I shower, switching between Extreme and the 'All Soft' range! This really helps my hair! Extreme adds protein to my hair and makes it stronger, while All Soft makes it softer. It's the best!

Other shampoos can make my hair static in the winter due to moisture and central heating, whereas Redken shampoos condition hair enough without overloading it.
