    Formulated with the unique Ionic Smoothing Complex, Redken Smooth Down Conditioner contains macadamia oil, candelilla wax and cationic refiners that attract to and neutralise the existing anionic charges on your hair, smoothing its surface and providing a long lasting frizz free finish.

    Directions of use:

    This product is perfect for hair which has its own way. I have dry and unmanageable hair. Smooth down conditioner makes my hair silky and soft. It really works!! Before this product I couldn’t grow my hair long because it became unmanageable. Now I have long (bleeched) hair which looks beautiful. I can even comb my hair in the shower after applying this product! I have used this together with all soft shampoo for four years and wouldn’t change it to anything else!! This is worth every penny.

    Fantastic product

    Am a diabetic with long, naturally curly hair and lots of it. When my diabetes goes a little haywire the 1st thing to suffer is my hair. Have used Redken products for 25 years and tried smooth down recently (advice from Redken hairdresser!) and hair looking really good and I do not straighten mine, it's left curly and the curls are beautifully defined - can be lazier than ever with it, wash condition, detangler used and that is it. Think it's really worth it and the smell is yummy. Well worth a try.

    Best conditioner I've used so far!

    My hair is mixed (big,thick curls) and bleached to death. I love being blonde and nearly had a heart attack when this miracle stuff did the trick! It instanly detangles and moisturises my hair and smells gorgeous. However thats only step 2. Next part is a great leave in. You can use the smoothdown treatment which is amazing but I'm not sure theres much difference between them apart from the texture?
