Love the Redken products and for me this conditioner didn't let me down. After i use with the shampoo my hair is soft with a lovely shine. I did get compliments on how my hair looks. I noticed with this conditioner i could also smell the product in my hair after i had dried it. As good as the Redken All Soft range but with a nicer smell that lasts.
