Overall...good product. It does not collect as much hair as all the other brushes I own, and when I brush my hair I do not feel the strands "breaking" (that noise!) I have long hair though and I have to brush many times with the Tangle Teezer to comb all hair all the way through. The brush arrived here about a month after I ordered it (which kind of annoyed me) but when I wrote to customer service, the responses I received were very kind and helpful and I have to say it is rare (unfortunately) to receive such an attentive treatment.
The Tangle Teezer Original allows you to carefully brush and is comfortable in the hand.

Very happy that I bought this product. De-tangling my hair is now pain free! I haven't noticed less hair in the brush since using it (compared to my usual brush) but I do have very thick hair which malts nearly all year round.

I was hoping for something great from the Tangle Teezer Original, despite the many reviews. But it pleased me. I have long thin hair. It can get tangled and this brush really helps me. I'm glad that I have it.

This is pretty nice brush. But still, I'm not really sure it deserves all that hype. It's a bit cheap looking, and I have a feeling it's not going to last long. But I would still recommend it. It's pretty gentle.

Great for toddlers with curly hair
I bought the Tangle Teezer Original - Pink to use on my daughter's curly hair. She is two years old and I was finding it difficult to brush or comb her hair because it was getting caught on the brush and hurting her. Since using the Tangle Teezer we have no problems, it really is great. She doesn't even seem to notice that I am brushing her hair, she just continues whatever she is doing while I sort out her hair. Happy days!

great discovery
i have always had problems detangling my hair, they are quite smooth but it is painful especially after a full night slepp. Tangle teezer solved everything Now it is a pleasure combing my hair! Great discovery indeed!
Perfect for holidays
I normally use a wide tooth comb for my hair after showering, but on holiday I always manage to lose it which is annoying. So the last time I took the tangle teezer. Its really good, I use it after being in the pool or sea, stop stop my hair getting really knotted. It doesn't hurt, nor does it pull out many hairs. I would recommend this, especially for by the pool.
I spent 12 euros in vain
I ordered Tangle Teezer because two of my friends were totaly ecstatic about it. I have 2 girls with long hairs and they don't want to use it. It's not pain free. We normally use a wooden brush with natural bristles and it works far better and they are really pain free. Both of my friends never used a good brush before, so I can explain their reactions to this plastic brush.
No pain
Finally a brush that gets the job done without hurting me. I have thick straight hair that tangles easily. When I use this Tangle Teezer Original Jelly Bean morning and night it's all good. It's very good on wet hair also!

Best hairbrush EVER!
This is the most best hairbrush I have ever seen, it tangles hair easy with out pain. My hole family loves it, including my hubby, he says it is best scalp brush too. It is easy to clean after use too, after testing this I have bought couple more in different colours it was demanded by my son (17 yrs) he wanted one for him.
