Directions of use:

• At home: Add to running warm bath water
  
• For Invigorating heat to 36˚c
  
• For Relaxing heat to 37˚c
  
• For Silhouette refining heat to 38˚c
  
• Relax in the bath for 30 minutes
  
• Come out of the bath for 20 minutes, wrapped in bathrobe
  
• Then go back to bath and rinse thoroughly
  
• Use 2/3 times a week.
