This really does work
Could be placebo effect but I really felt relaxed after a good soak and nodded off easily. The spray helps me settle and relax when I go to bed too

this actually works!
I love this product! It has a really calming scent and since I tried it I always spray my pillow to have a good night sleep! The bath salts are also very calming and are a must-go for your pamper routine. This (actually) works!
