I bought this product, and two This Works Christmas crackers, and used the Sleep Tight Gift Set straight away. The sent is very calming and dissipates after about an hour, but bu then you're in the land of nod. I don't know if its all in the head because your using this product or not, but I have had wonderful nights sleep the nights I used it. I will be splashing out on the full sized bottle soon. There's also a litttle roller ball in this one that I use on my pulse points when flying!
